Yes, TempForward temporary email service is completely free. We maintain the service through minimal non-intrusive ads and voluntary user donations. We promise never to charge users for basic temporary email features.
By default, your temporary email and all messages will be automatically destroyed after 3 hours. You can click the "Extend Time" button during the validity period to reset it to 3 hours (maximum 3 hours). Once expired, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
No. TempForward only supports receiving emails, not sending. This is to prevent the service from being abused for sending spam or conducting fraudulent activities. Our service focuses on protecting your privacy and helping you securely receive verification emails.
Absolutely safe. We use zero-knowledge privacy architecture: no IP address logging, no browsing behavior tracking, email data is only briefly stored in memory. All data is permanently deleted from our servers after expiry, and we cannot and will not recover any deleted data.
No registration required. Using temporary email features requires no registration at all. Simply open the website to instantly get a temporary email address. If you need to use the email forwarding feature (forward emails to your real inbox), you will need to simply verify your real email address.
Yes. We save your inbox information in the browser, so you can still access the same inbox after refreshing. You can also copy the page URL (including the access token) to save it and access your inbox again later through that link.
Yes. We support receiving emails with attachments, including images, documents, and other common formats. However, to prevent abuse, the attachment size limit per email is 10MB. Oversized attachments may be automatically filtered by the system.
Some websites (such as banks, social media, etc.) actively block known temporary email domains to prevent users from creating multiple fake accounts. This is the website's own security policy, which we cannot bypass. We recommend using your real email for such websites. Temporary emails are better suited for trial services, receiving verification codes, and avoiding marketing emails.
Email forwarding is an advanced feature that allows you to create permanent alias addresses. When someone sends an email to this alias, we automatically forward it to your real inbox. This way, you can receive important emails without exposing your real email address, and you can disable any alias at any time to stop receiving spam.
